  • Get ready to sweat and push your limits with this 20-minute Tabata class! We'll work through high-intensity intervals using the classic Tabata format: 20 seconds of all-out effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for eight rounds.

    This quick and effective workout will torch calories, boost your metabolism, and challenge your endurance. We'll alternate between cardio and strength exercises, hitting every major muscle group for a full-body blast.

    All fitness levels are welcome—modifications will be provided. Just bring your energy and be ready to work!
