You have never been to SCADfit before? No problem!
The 30 minute Orientation is designed to acclimate you to a fitness program specific to your goals. It is a great way for you to gain a general knowledge of the fitness floor and learn a safe and effective workout program. We will discuss setting goals and completing some simple fitness assessments including a functional movement screening designed to determine how best to create your program. A SCADfit student staff member will walk you through a program step by step in order to ensure you are comfortable using all of the equipment and you start your exercise program using correct settings, weight, and form. Before you schedule your orientation you should make sure that you are cleared by a physician to begin any fitness program.
