Reach your wellness goals with a variety of specialty fitness classes at SCADfit Savannah. Enjoy a full-body workout, focus on your core, or visit one of the studio spaces for yoga, Pilates or meditation. Remember to check the location of your group fitness class prior to scheduling.
Registration for SCADfit classes opens 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
You must be physically present and ready to start no later than five minutes before class begins.
If you do not check in by this time, you will lose your spot and be moved to the end of the waitlist. Once class has started, you will not be allowed entry.
Mats and props are provided for your convenience for each class. Participants are welcome to bring their own mats if they choose.
A water bottle is recommended.
Please let the instructor know prior to class if you have a recent injury or pre-existing condition.
Make the most of your workouts with a series of six one-on-one orientation sessions covering the basics of mobility, machine strength training, free-weight training, and program development. During your sessions, you will learn proper technique and equipment usage, and develop a custom exercise program with a SCADfit or ClubSCAD trainer.
Beeginner Fitness classes are open to SCAD students only. There is a $20 fee for this course.

Shake up your cardio routine with a variety of dance fitness classes. From ballet to Zumba, there's a class for all skill levels. Learn some new moves!
Love cardio? Join a SCAD Spin or SCAD Spin+ class for a 50-minute group session, or set your own cardio workout with a virtual instructor on one of SCADfit Savannah's specialized bikes in Open Spin.
Increase flexibility, strength, concentration and focus with a variety of SCADfit Savannah yoga classes. Start the day with Sun Salutations, catch the 45-minute Busy People Yoga between classes, test your limits in Power Yoga and much more.
Tone, strengthen and elongate muscles with one of SCADfit Savannah's Pilates classes. Beginners can enjoy a Mat Pilates class for improved core, posture and flexibility, while advanced practitioners can sculpt muscles on one of the gym's apparatus Pilates machines. Approval required for apparatus classes.
