This 50-minute spin class takes participants for a ride as the instructor leads them up hills, sprints, and flat roads as they push themselves past their limitations. Individuals set their own intensity while enjoying the energy of a group workout. Make sure to bring a

  • Sculpt and Stretch
  • Sculpt and Stretch is a full body, low to moderate intensity class suited for all fitness levels. This class combines strength training and stretching to build and stretch your muscles.
     
    Dumbbells will be used for a wide range of exercises, allowing you to target various muscle groups, in addition to burning fat and cardio strengthening.
     
    The class will end with stretching exercises to improve range of motion, increase flexibility and enable muscles to work most effectively. One of the great things about this workout is that you can easily increase or decrease the intensity by doing more or less of any exercise.

  • Cardio Circuit
  • Get ready to sweat in this high-energy, full-body workout! Cardio Circuit is a dynamic class that combines the power of strength training with the intensity of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You'll move through a series of stations, alternating between weighted exercises to build muscle and bursts of cardio on equipment like rowing machines, stationary bikes, or treadmills to torch calories and improve your endurance.

    This class is designed for all fitness levels, with modifications offered for every exercise. You'll push your limits and see real results in a fun, supportive, and motivating environment. Join us and discover a more powerful you!
